Wake Up to the Truth
My whole life has been a search for who I am.
I work with people who are on this search too.
For over 50 years, I have known what it feels like to be lost in the one question I couldn’t answer:
“Who are you?”
The place we always start our work together is here
by removing the illusions, the false beliefs, and the pain that block you from answering that question for yourself.
I am a renowned Emotional Intelligence Profiler, trainer, life coach, and NLP Master Trainer.
I have explored every corner of human behaviour to understand how we find the truth of who we are so life can be enjoyed, can be appreciated, can feel real.
So we no longer have to perform.
So we no longer feel disassociated from the wonder-fulness of who we truly are.
This is deep work. This is wonderful work.
And if you are here, I believe this is an opportunity to live a life you truly love by being the person you were born to be.

The Foundation of Lindsey's Work
Lindsey’s work is underpinned by four core pillars — principles that support a person for their entire life, no matter the circumstances.
These pillars form the foundation of how we live, love, lead, and relate.
Courage. Authenticity. Peace. Purpose.
Together, they create a way of living that allows life to be enjoyed — not endured.

The CAPP Framework
Courage → Authenticity → Peace → Purpose
Four pillars that support you to enjoy life more than you struggle through it.
This is not a theory.
It is a lived framework.
The philosophy Lindsey works from is simple and uncompromising:
Only do what you love.
The rest is not worth your time or your attention.
“I am real.
I am experienced.
I am loving.
I am certain.”
And I am just an everyday girl from a council estate,
with a lot of stories —
until one day I learned there was so much more.
That is the work I do.
I show you that you are so much more than you realise.
Emotional Intelligence at the Core
Emotional intelligence is the foundation of all the work Lindsey does — and it is mirrored in the person she is.
This work isn’t about learning how to manage emotions. It’s about understanding them, relating to them, and allowing them to guide you back to yourself.
